Application timeline- Autumn 2026

Phase 1: March 15^th- April 24^th

Exchange application period

Only students who have been nominated will receive the application link.

Once nominated, our application process will start and you will receive an email from our application system, Mobility Online, inviting you to apply. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive this email. You must complete the application form and upload your supporting documents before April 24^th.

Phase 2: until 15^th of May

Course Selection

Applicants can now apply for approval for the courses they would like to take. You can view our available course here "what can I study?" the course selection module will open in your Mobility Online application workflow when your application has been approved. When applying for your courses, you must let us know how you meet the prerequisites for the courses you are applying for. We will let you know through mobility online whether you can take the courses you are applying for.
